"Conship recognized the need to ensure that all their Local Vendors and suppliers benefit from its approach to doing business. To facilitate this agenda, the company organized training on Governance and Compliance at Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra on Friday 5th January, 2018. Training topics included Basic Business Management regulations, Overview of Governance and Compliance, Business Ethics, Anti-bribery and Business Sustainability. Vendors from different industries participated and the goal was to improve their business processes and ethics to meet the international standards that Conship is working with. The Vendors were represented by key staff including some business owners. It is expected that the impact of this training will reflect on the way the Vendors conduct their business and the services they render to Conship. The CEO of Conship - Dr. Vasnani advised all present to share what they learned with their colleagues. He also shared his vision to organize more trainings to develop the Local companies to meet international standards. Certificates were also presented to all participants of the training."
On June 29th, 2017, Enablis Ghana, in partnership with the Margins Group, has officially launched a youth empowerment program to create an opportunity for any youth with a business idea or existing business to be guided and mentored in developing a sustainable and profitable business in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector.
Mr. Amar Deep S. Hari, Enablis Ghana Board Member and Co-Founder and President of IPMC, one of the largest IT conglomerates in West Africa, attended the #EnablisGala along with a delegation of Ghanaian businessmen who traveled to develop links with Montreal partners.
Enablis Ghana has launched the Enablis Business Launchpad -- 2015.
At a press launch held at Labone in Accra, Enablis announced that the application process for this year’s competition for individuals with business ideas and drive to create jobs has been opened. Enablis Business Launchpad 2015, is a search for Ghana’s budding SME entrepreneurs. The aim of the competition is to support business ideas to become fully operational and profitable enterprises through a process of training, business mentoring and coaching.
The Country Director of Enablis Ghana, Shika Acolatse has been inducted into the Global Women Leaders Hall of Fame 2014 and honoured with the Africa Female Entrepreneurial Champion Award. The awards ceremony took place on 22nd September 2014 as part of the 2nd Africa-Middle East-Asia Women Summit in Dubai, UAE.
