ABEDNEGO AND ENABLIS
“My idea to fully automate my business and make it mobile in real time was fine-tuned and given a boost during the maiden Enablis Launchpad in 2010 where I was one of the 10 winners. The benefit of loan without collateral from UT Bank as part of my awards helped start the automation process. Our partner programming company, Websoft Solutions was also recommended by Enablis.
The leadership and my E Circle meetings give me a sense of belonging which spurs me on to succeed.
We are duly registered by Bank of Ghana with over 3500 clients now. The automation process is completed for pilot with 900 clients subscribed on it since December 2013. The system uses a Ghanaian developed software application that runs on the latest version of android. It is real time, user friendly and can work effectively with limited internet connection. With the biometric smart cards, clients can shop and withdraw money from Automated Teller Machines (ATM) in the near future. It is the first of its kind in Ghana”.
